Utterly Engaged... Yes Please!!

A few weeks ago we had the amazing opportunity to go to the Utterly Engaged Launch Party at the Tranquil Tea Lounge! Both are spectacular, the Utterly Engaged girls have started something amazing and the Tranquil Tea Lounge is a fabulous space that makes us feel quite relaxed and in the mood for some yummy teas!

The event was a great time, and we had the chance to meet up with some old friends and meet some new friends. Thanks to Roger and Lyndzee of EPlove for catching this fun photo from the photobooth while we were at the event. Can't wait to see more of the amazing things from the girls at Utterly Engaged and see what they have up their sleeve. We are looking forward to Issue No. 002 and more upcoming events..!!

Happy 4th on the 5th of July...!!

The grill has grilled, the fireworks have exploded and the whole neighborhood turned into a red, white and blue canvas... ahhh the 4th of July has come and gone. It was a great day full of friends, laughter and good times. As the dust of the day has settled we realized we are so blessed and lucky not only to live in such an amazing country.. but to have great friends and good times!!

Hope everyone had a wonderful and safe 4th!! Cheers to you and yours...

FAQ: Its All In The Name

We have been asked more than once , "Where did the 28 come from in studio 28 photo?"

Is it an homage to the shortest month of the year?... Nope! Is it the amount of days it took to fall in love?... Nope!

We went with "studio" because Kyle is not only a photographer extraordinaire, but he is also an amazing graphic designer. So we settled on "studio" because it encompasses more than one creative element!

As for the mysterious "28", Haha.. well here it is... we were married on April 28th 2007, it is the day we got married. Because this element of our business is all about two people becoming husband and wife we decided to incorporate the day we did into our name, which seemed more than appropriate.

Brooke & Anthony.. Anytime

It was the sly smile that crossed Anthony's face when he glanced at a giggling Brooke. Full of sass, Brooke's giggle turned into an all out laugh as she caught his smile and together they doubled over in a barrel of laughter.

Brooke and Anthony communicate in a way only couples do. Threw a series of smiles, giggles and sly grins they share a secret language that is the spark of love. They married, fell in love and are starting a family together. As Anthony watches Brooke you can see they are a perfect pair, they exude style and complement each other flawlessly. Both have amazing tattoos and the fact that they are undeniably a super hot couple, made photographing them too much fun..

Anthony was, "Zoolander's Blue Steel" for all of two seconds before he broke character, started laughing, which made us all follow and crack up.. That is the best part of the shoot, how much fun we had and how much laughter filled the session.

Anthony and Brooke we are so blessed to have such great friends and realizing as Derek Zoolander said, "Not everyone can be really, really ridiculously good looking" but hot dayyymm you sure are.!!!

The lights, the fashion, the architecture, the history... aaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh Paris, a city like no other. I recently took a trip to Paris and instantly fell in love.. I came home inspired in so many ways, to look up from my to do list, look around and enjoy the simple pleasures. Inspired to see the art in every day life and incorporate it more into my own life, to be more of the person I want to be and less the person my to do list dictates.
